An International Researcher Trainee
Your Mission
Alongside the Consultants, you will develop a business expertise on Top Management positions (Human Resources Director, Marketing Director, General managers…). Following your training and integration, you will develop your international abilities in:
1) Recruitment strategy
- Setting up the recruitment strategy to find the best candidate to approach (Identification and Sourcing)
- Market Intelligence
2) Direct Approach
- Evaluation of both SOFT and HARD SKILLS of the approached candidate
- Capacity to motivate the candidate
3) Project Coordination
- Help in driving planning and organizing the project
- Real project manager on international projects
4) Pro-active participation to the relationship with the client
- Market feedback/ studied sectors
- Support Consultants regarding their communication with the Candidates and the Client
Your Profile (looking for an internship for 4 to 12 months full time)
- BA or Master's Degree (Major in International Business, International Management, HR, etc) or on a placement year
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, very good level of French, knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus.
You are business-oriented; you are looking for an experience in recruitment consulting for an international company where the main values are team performance, investment, rigour and excellence.
Your ability to integrate our methodology, combined with your results, will allow us to consider an evolution towards a permanent position.
