To ensure that BOLLORE LOGISTICS Customers receive an excellent service and are kept updated by the Customer Service Department.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Customer Service:
• To ensure customers details are kept up to date at all times. This is inclusive of all client rates (origin / freight / destination), contact details, reporting requirements, and monitoring of the financial status of accounts against their approved credit status/limits. Liaise and report to Management and / or Sales (as directed by Management) on accounts that are approaching / outside their agreed terms
• Liaise with Management on a daily basis on related matters as per the above and below
