PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a project management intern, your mission will be to assist the Network Development team in day-to-day activities. You will play an active role in steering the Network Development activity:

• Implement proactive solutions to collect the data needed to update the Partner Repository. Help maintain the tables linked to the Network Development activity (Brand Network Dashboard).
• Compile a list of key contacts at approved sites for inclusion in the Partner Repository.
• Update and monitor contracts (distribution contracts, amendments, memorandums of understanding, etc.).
• Develop structured processes for the steps to be followed in the event of termination, site opening or merger... in project mode. Gather all necessary information to design a clear process accessible to all.
• Follow-up of mailings and archiving of exchanges with the distribution network.
• Study of business plans associated with applications from distributors wishing to join the MG network.
• Follow-up of projects such as :
• Mystery shopping/customer satisfaction surveys,
• Follow-up of the new 2025 standards process.
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations on network development KPIs.
• Creation, modification or adaptation of tools and processes with the Network Development activity.

PROFILE

• Final-year business school student (Bac+4/5), you have an interest in the automotive industry and its commercial aspects.
• You already have experience of an internship as a KPI analyst. You are comfortable working with figures and are able to analyze and summarize.
• You have good writing skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
• You are fluent in English (required for Franco-Chinese exchanges).
• You are autonomous, persevering and rigorous.
• You have good communication skills and a spirit of taking the initiative.
