Your Mission:


As a Recruitment Specialist Intern, your role will focus on sourcing high-quality candidates and supporting client accounts. You will help identify, screen, and manage talent pipelines while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in talent acquisition, market research, and client management.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Actively identify and attract Mandarin-speaking candidates through various channels.
  • Assist in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure an efficient hiring process.


Client & Market Support

  • Assist in coordinating candidate introductions and gathering feedback from clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to track industry hiring trends and salary insights.
  • Stay informed on recruitment best practices and evolving client needs to improve hiring strategies.


Administrative & Team Collaboration

  • Support the preparation of job descriptions, reports, and other recruitment documents.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain well-organized records.
  • Help coordinate networking events, career fairs, and recruitment initiatives.


Who You Are:


✔ Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken).

✔ Currently studying or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidate and client interactions.

✔ Strong interest in talent acquisition, client relations, and business strategy.

✔ Highly organized with great attention to detail

✔ Eager to learn, grow, and develop a strong business acumen
