Now weâre looking for someone special to own the customer experience and grow into the Head of Customer Success role as we scale. If you're someone who gets energy from working closely with clients, improving processes, and shaping the product, keep reading.

đ The role:
Â
Train new users and make them fall in love with our product from day one.
Onboard new clients and set up their Accolade Pro CRM in a way that solves real problems.
Support clients daily, acting as both a problem-solver and a trusted advisor.
Monitor product usage and step in as a proactive consultant to help them unlock more value.
Gather and channel feedback to our product/dev team to help improve features.
Write clear, useful release notes and update communications that help users adopt new features fast.
Generate new leads from clients referralsÂ

Â
Ideally, youâve worked in customer success, onboarding, support, or product-facing roles in a SaaS or tech environment.
Youâre entrepreneurial â you spot gaps, solve problems, and donât wait for permission.
Youâre tech-savvy enough to configure software with clients, explain things clearly, and talk to developers when needed.
Youâre a great communicator, whether in video calls,WhatsApp or a Slack thread.
You care about people â you want clients to succeed, not just get answers.

Bonus if youâve worked in startups or B2B SaaS â or have experience in the fitness industry.
Other languages' pro-efficiency are a plus.
