IT department is in charge of all IT local projects and infra, helpdesk and Business support for local users and CE region.
The VIE will be in charge of Alto support for local investment, risk and Ops teams. He will also coordinate topics with CE and Global teams in Paris and Dublin to ensure the smooth resolution of all Jira tickets and issues raised by local teams in Munich, by himself or with the help of experts form the HUB.
He will handle the Jira dashboard (SPALT) of local entity and provide regular KPIs to local manager for a better view on current situation.
Provide assessment for current support process and training to local business teams if needed.
Provide first line support Amundi Investment platform
Identify problem areas and resolve or escalate to Amundi Paris, if required
Provide system and incident management and control
Participate in local small application development if required
Support business users teams to implement business processes or system changes
Participate in the global rollout of applications (UAT, Go-live follow-up) and provide IT system unit testing
Provide end-user training if required
Provide business insight and technical expertise across the different sites and continuously look for opportunities for improvement within the team e.g. processes and procedures
Work and co-ordinate with other Amundi IT teams to resolve customer problems, to design, to develop, to test and to deploy application solutions
