As General Manager for the Tulip Inn hotel in Eindhoven, part of Louvre Hotels Group, you are leading the team in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. You will be responsible for the profitability of the hotel through the monitoring of revenue and budgets, management of the team to ensure customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction and adherence to all policies and standards of the Group. You will manage, coordinate, and organize the hotel operations whilst enquiring and advising on commercial, human resources and operational matters. Do you have a passion for hospitality? What makes you the perfect addition to our team? • You have management experience; preferably the hospitality industry of minimum 3 years (as a supervisor/ manager) and have experience in rooms management and food & beverage. • You have knowledge of health & safety procedures. • You have great finance, revenue management, HR, accounting, and sales skills, you understand the importance of yield management and you are familiar with dynamic pricing. • You are sales driven and have sales skills to develop further the local integration and the corporate market. • You have excellent interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills to train and drive your team. • You have the drive and ambition to achieve the highest possible results in revenue, quality and ultimately profit. • You have excellent communication skills, and you are a real team player, with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality. • You have good communication skills in Dutch and English • You are available for full-time employment (38 hours).
