Description

A Franchise Service Manager (FSM) is responsible, in his Area for implementing the franchise formula in the hotels, optimize its use and maximize performance to create a win-win- situation. The FSM is the first contact person for the franchisee within the Louvre Hotels Group on every aspect of the relationship. Your main missions: - Optimize hotel TOPLINE KPIs through Louvre Hotels Group channels - Ensure correct use of the brand in the hotels, the correct usage of the LHG systems and that marketing programs are implemented/used correctly - Create and maintain high satisfaction with hoteliers and owners - Function as client supporter and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and fulfilled. - Ensure that hotel data and content is correctly loaded in data system and that the CRS systems in the property is used and that rate / availabilities are correct - Keep track of Room Revenue and other Topline KPIs

What makes you the perfect candidate? hard skills: - a Bachelor's degree in hospitality would be desirable - 1-2 years work experience in a hotel in Front Office or General Manager or in a similar position - language talent: Fluent in German and English spoken and written (French is a good plus) - technical talent: advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Opera soft skills - organisational talent: ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines - Teamplayer, creative and service minded
