Under the responsibility of the Training & Internal Communication Specialist and the HR Manager, the intern is mainly in charge of supporting the Learning & Development activities.

The ability to work on a variety of HR initiatives provides the HR assistant with a broad experience in developing his/her HR knowledge and know-how.


  • Learning & Development
    • Request for training quotations
    • Management of the training files (interface with the OPCA, entry of attendance, update of the reporting)
    • Organization and scheduling of the intra and inter trainings
    • Reporting and collection of administrative documents
    • Training logistic and organization


  • Career Path Interviews (Entretiens professionnels)
  • Preparation of the documents for the Career Path Interview and organization of the meetings
  • Career path interviews
  • Writing and validation of the meetings’ reports


  • Supporting the HR team in their duties (employees on-boarding and off-boarding, meal tickets, and various HR projects)



  • 3rd+ year of business school or university – HR specialization
  • Good command in Pack office, especially Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Respect of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and proactivity
