Responsibilities will include: Onboarding Supporting the Onboarding process e.g. Setting up New Starters on SharePoint & CEMAR Maintaining and updating the AXIOM Personnel List Supporting Pass Applications Reporting Preparation and dissemination of Monthly Reports Project Controls Preparing Payment Application and maintaining PM reports Collating PM Reports and maintaining Portfolio Reports Systems Providing REPLICON Administration Support including setting up / removing Accounts and dealing with REPLICON Queries Data Adjustment and Timesheet Management Support to the SharePoint Improvements and Updates Support to Business Units Supporting Delivering Benefit Submissions, Task Feedback Forms, Reachback Case Studies / Sessions and Task Close Outs Resourcing Support Support to the Resourcing Department including: Documenting Nominations - Forwarding to Demanders etc Monthly Staff / ASW Graphs - Production & Distribution Sending out Role Specs to the Partner Companies General Administration Setting Up Meetings, Calendar Invites, Booking Rooms, Ordering Buffets, Tracking Attendance and issuing Meeting Agendas / Minutes Support the organisation of key Events throughout the year Attendance at meetings and production of drafting Minutes of Meetings Maintenance of action and document trackers Adhoc support to the wider Back Office Team, Projects and Cost Engineers when required Essential Experience Microsoft office suite of programmes, specifically an experienced user of Word and Excel. Data entry, reporting, production of data 2 years’ experience working in a project support type of role. N/A
