Here are the key duties for this rôle : Expert for the CMA in all Mechanical Construction Preparation matters Takes direction from and interacts directly with the CMA CWP Preparation Manager, and reports functionally to the CMA Construction Preparation Manager Preparation of Construction Work Packages, and update documentation (verify completeness) related to Engineering Work Packages and CWPs and review compliance and consistency from Mechanical perspective. Participate and contribute to Constructability reviews. Assist IO with the tender process for construction contractors, provide Tender support for Mechanical content, including Prequalification Technical Requirements, Tender Technical Specification and engineering documents review, assist in compilation of sample Tender CWP packages, support for responses to bidders queries, tender evaluation. This aspect of the role is anticipated to be concluded by 2019. Assess the Installation Work Packages issued by the contractors, including for the review of compliance of the IWPs against procedures, governance, regulation and completions requirements from Mechanical perspective. Participate and contribute to Construction Readiness Reviews. Form strong relationships with the IO client and CMA teams Focus on safety, delivery, value for money and value creation activities For this role, you do have : Ability to provide clear and concise direction High sense of responsibility Capability to understand and fulfil customer needs (that may be expressed either formally or informally) in order to obtain full client satisfaction, within a context that is contractually acceptable to the JV Capabilities to provide performance and great delivery  Clear ability to lead Ability to work as a member of a high performance team and held to account to the effective achievement of the  project end objective
