We have a number of UK-based offices and a significant, loyal client base. As our reputation for proficient delivery of complex projects grows stronger, we have a requirement for a Reporting Co-ordinator to join our team in the North West. The role: The role is to support the Programme Director and under the supervision of the Operations Manager / Business Support Manager in co-ordinating the production & distribution of all reporting requirements of the project to ensure all the various boards and interested parties receive timely, complete, accurate, and consistent reports. The role will be accountable for establishing and continuously improving an optimised reporting system working in conjunction with the Partners, Central Team, and stakeholders. The project is required to produce numerous reports to boards and other interested parties and the role of the coordinator will be the single point of contact between data suppliers and data users. The reporting co-ordinator will be accountable for the preparation of all reports and ensure they are collated in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner and distributed to the various boards and interested parties. The co-ordinator will also act as a focal point for all changes to reporting requirements and ensure data suppliers are notified of any changes to their input requirements. Source data will include but is not exclusive of: Financial data Project Controls data Portfolio Performance data Socio-Economic Data Covid data Resource Data Commercial Data KPIs Health and Safety Data Strategic data Required experience: Microsoft Office suite of programmes, specifically an experienced user of Word and Excel. Data entry, reporting, production of data The successful candidate should have a strong organisational skills and a good understanding of management reporting requirements and the ability to question data.
