About the role We looking for an experienced IFF Process Solutions & Implementation Manager to support the Head of Middle Office based in Banksmeadow, NSW. What you will be doing *Design of operational specific SOP requirements for existing and upcoming processes, including Visio swim lane creation, work instruction and visual training aid design *Optimize customer specific IFF requirements for potential & existing customers, including full operational work instructions *Conduct internal BU meetings to review and raise issues of waste, formulating actions for all parties to improve process resulting in a more efficient operation *Audit existing IFF procedures, collaboratively examine processes, recommend and implement changes where required to streamline the operation *Support Head of Middle Office on process implementation, projects and department improvements as required *Modelling of New and Existing IFF Business solutions for all AU BU units & monitor outcomes *Issue operational and system user guide documentation tailored to meet the business requirements or change being implemented *Apply six sigma methodology to support ongoing Improvement Initiatives throughout the BOLLORE logistics IFF operations *Manage & Implement new IFF clients and Improvement Initiatives throughout Australia including the operational design and implementation of SOP, KPI, Billing Templates and Training Documents *Work with customers / BOLLORE branch offices to improve operational procedures & productivity *Support the set-up of BOLLORE Logistics IFF I.T Systems including PEG, CW1, new technology initiatives in conjunction with the local BPA, OC and Regional I.T Team *Conduct extensive testing before implementation of any new IFF solutions into the relevant BOLLORE systems and operational facilities. UAT, in conjunction with BPA and OC *Drive automated solutions within IFF business units, provide support and training to operational staff so that client services are in accordance with contractual and service level agreements *Senior contact between BPO, operational departments and IT support groups within BOLLORE during operational implementation and new processes changes *Attend internal and external client meetings for new customers to fully understand their business requirements and how best to support these requirements operationally *Align OC, BPA and OM's to review poor performing KPI's, mapping bottlenecks, providing improvement strategies and re define process where required *Support FO Sales and KAM levels ensuring customer expectations are delivered and SOP's are implemented effectively within the operation *Rationalize cargo flows between local freight terminals, BOLLORE freight facilities and customers *Maximize consolidation of cargo and best use of locally owned fleet vehicles. Working closely with transport BU to ensure best model for external transport providers The successful applicant *Sound understanding of Freight Forwarding and Logistics *Project Management Certification / Training Project Management & Implementation skills *Familiar with Cost Modelling and Process Improvement Strategies *Advance MS PowerPoint & Excel Skills for Data Analysis and Reporting *A solid understanding of WMS & ERP applications including the configuration and designing solutions to meet new customer implementations as well as improvements for existing operations *Knowledge of OH&S requirements *Have a high attention to detail, be proactive in their approach and poses the ability to meet tight timelines in a busy and fast paced environment
