Job Duties: Interface on a day-to-day basis between Program and Manufacturing production sites to ensure on-time delivery of wire bundles by accurately planning demand, integrating reliable production floor plans, overseeing the action performance, and supporting the resolution of manufacturing/engineering road blocks. Generate and provide production status metrics, historical demand analyses, and use analytical data in order to predict forecast demand. Assess and report bundle backlog status with manufacturing sites and create and lead production control plans. Provide continuous improvement for the program and production systems and supply chain processes. Coordinate manufacturing production schedules for the organization, identifying resources needed. Promote and assist in implementing changes in manufacturing, engineering, and service operations. Identify risk analysis to the supply chain and manufacturing process constrains, and propose and coordinate mitigation plans to minimize risk and assure a successful plan performance. Responsible for long-term planning of design and production requirements across value streams. Ensure that resources and appropriate material procurement planning are in place. Facilitate coordination and communication of production/delivery plan between internal manufacturing team and customers. Participate in program budgeting, forecasting, and ensure resource planning and development across next three year planning horizon.


Jeune diplômé/Première expérience


The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, or related field and 2 years' experience in the job offered in Manufacturing and/or Engineering in the aerospace industry. All stated experience must include the following: engineering experience related to high-production/high-mix aerospace component manufacturing; Supply Chain experience; Planning experience; Project management, project scheduling, and risk management; Experience using Lean manufacturing concepts; supply chain alignment; recovery and capacity planning; value stream analysis; production scheduling, application of theory of constraints, budgeting and forecasting; direct Customer interface for customer service support, supply chain or similar for Manufacturing and Change Management Engineering groups; and Experience applying product configuration management, engineering/manufacturing data consumption and digital data definition concepts.
