PRINCIPLE MISSION: Commercialize and implement BOLLORÉ Global Business Solutions offerings among customers. Work within the perimeter under his charge (local, country and region) and take into consideration commercial, operational and IS constraints so as to propose and implement a customer oriented optimized solution while using standard modules. Responsibilities: • Promote the use of Business Solutions both internally and externally. • Participate in the sales process (presentation, demonstration, indicators...). • Design the Business Solutions offer in order to answer client needs. • Offer high quality service to clients with the goal of winning their loyalty. • Communicate with all the internal/external stakeholders. • Deliver the solution matching the client needs within a realistic timeframe. • Provide necessary information to the development of potential specifics (interfaces, reporting…). • Develop and follow up necessary indicators that allow proper measure of the quality of service delivered to the client. • Train and support users both internally and externally. • Improve/Participate in the implementation and the monitoring of the customers' improvement/productivity plans/ Exchange best practices/Be proactive in Seminar related the development of Business Solutions. • Other duties as defined by the supervisor. A diploma of collegiate studies or the academic equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ; ability to communicate well and clearly in English, both written and orally; ability to manage stress; ability to prioritize; attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills;customer service skills; team player; time management. Technical skills: - Cognos knowledge is a must - EDI and Supply Chain knowledge a plus (knowledge of SC concepts)
