Role: Area Engineering Manager - Nuclear Location: Warrington or Cumbria Duration : Staff role The Project : Asset care projects in the site HVAC and Piped Services portfolio. Projects in all phases from front end of the project lifecycle (scoping and planning) through to detailed design and execution. The Role: In this role you will deliver the pre-study activities for new and existing projects including the requirements derivation with stakeholders. You will undertake the role of AEM in the design and implementation phases and for a portfolio of asset care projects Your background: You will have a background in Project System Engineering Delivery You'll be comfortable with Requirements derivation & validation through stakeholder engagement You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership behaviours to drive timely delivery of an engineering schedule to quality and cost. You will have strong interpersonal skills in the successful management of the interface between the client team and the integrated delivery team. You'll need to have demonstrable experience of delivering early phase scoping activities (requirements management, optioneering etc) and project initiation (execution planning, scope definition, schedule build, estimating, risk management and Asset Investment Form production and presentation) for multi-discipline asset care projects. Security Clearance: Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
