Summary of Duties: • Own Sales P&L and S&OP to ensure annual business targets are met. • Develop and manage customer relations. Improve top line performance. • Interface as the primary customer contact person for escalation. • Implement sales strategies and provide feedback on its implementation to management for potential adjustment. • Identify and lead short, medium, and long-term sales opportunities for the identified division/site. • Manage and follow-up programs from response to request for quotation until delivery of equipment. • Generate Sales reports on a monthly basis (financial comments, all HK, KPI, etc). • Actively participate in product development meetings and brainstorming activities focused on product or service improvements. • Support interface, survey, benchmark and develop plans to increase current business and develop new business opportunities with established customers. • Conduct market analysis for specific products and regions to better drive product development and sales activities. • Lead and participate in forecasting and budgeting exercises. Provide detailed sales forecasts for monthly production outlook and annual sales plan. • Ensure efficient and effective response to customer inquiries by working closely with other departments (i.e. engineering, production, planning and contracts) to develop a cohesive and cross-functional team to support the customers' needs. • Organize company participation in and attend customer meetings, as required. • Coordinate customer contractual obligations in regards to initial provisioning and aftermarket issues. • Monitor compliance with customer requirements and remain pro-active in dealing with customer inquiries on both technical and commercial matters. • Support Business Development activities to ensure complete, accurate, and timely responses to customer RFPs with quick turn-around requirements. • Prepare documentation for internal review and act as contractual point of contact between Safran and the customer, submit necessary documents to the customer. • Lead commercial negotiations to reach agreements that meet or exceed company sales and profitability targets. • Develop and maintain product price catalogs and price escalation. • Ensure customer orders accurately reflect negotiated prices, terms and conditions, and quality requirements. • Identification and pursuit of out-of-scope work, and successful resolution of open claims with the customer. Amend existing contracts, and pursue any past due commercial claims with the customer. • Analyzing and communicating contract requirements to internal areas and management. • Communicate, coordinate, and monitor requirements and performance of contracts with program management, financial operations, procurement organization, and the Executives as required. • Possess extensive knowledge of the organization's products and/or services.

Qualifications: Education: BS in Engineering or BA Business or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Contracts, Sales or Programs. Preferable in the aerospace business. Preferable previous managerial experience. Computer Skill: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; must be able to construct graphs and pivot tables for weekly/monthly KPI reports. Knowledge and understanding of basic MRP functions and applications is required. Other Skills: Strong written and verbal skills and be able to analyze and evaluate business proposals and business letters. Experience in commercial negotiation is required. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Excellent customer service skills.
