International Transport Network and KPI Manager

Au sein de l’activité Logistics du groupe EssilorLuxottica et du département Projets, le/la “International Network and KPI Manager” aura en charge la gestion des flux de transport et de logistique internationaux liés à IVS & Instruments + FGX. Le rôle exige de diriger et de développer des initiatives afin de soutenir notre croissance. Ce rôle est hautement collaboratif entre les opérations, les régions.

Vos responsabilités:

• Collecter les données de transport pour construire des outils de rapports globaux et fournir les performances complètes du réseau mondial
• Collaborer avec l’équipe de reporting afin d’accompagner la transition des données vers un outil BI,
• Collaborer avec l’équipe de contrôle logistique pour analyser les coûts de transport,
• Assurer un rôle de Chef de projet sur différents sujets clés,
• Implémenter la nouvelle logistique Fournisseurs,
• Collaborer avec les équipes expéditeurs, réceptionnaires et sourcing pour résoudre les problèmes du réseau, étudier et mettre en œuvre des plans de secours.
• Soutenir les besoins des clients internes pour tout sujet lié au transport
• Être le point de référence de l'organisation centrale pour tout besoin lié au transport

Vous êtes en relation avec différents services en interne et en externe.

De formation supérieure (type bac +5), vous justifiez d’une première expérience (3 à 5 ans) dans le domaine de l'industrie du transport et de l'environnement logistique en général. Vous avez une forte orientation dans l’analyse de données et notamment dans l’utlisation de KPI.

Vous maitrisez le pack office, la connaissance SAP, et de Power BI est un plus. Anglais et Français fluent.

International Transport Network and KPI Manager

Within the Logistics activity of the EssilorLuxottica group and the Projects department, the International Network and KPI Manage will be in charge of managing international transport and logistics flows related to IVS & Instruments + FGX. The role requires leading and developing initiatives to support our growth. This role is highly collaborative between operations, regions.

Your responsibilities:

• Collect transport data to build global reporting tools and provide comprehensive global network performance
• Collaborate with the reporting team to support the transition of data to a BI tool,
• Collaborate with the logistics control team to analyze transport costs,
• Ensure a role of Project Manager on various key subjects,
• Implement the new supplier logistics,
• Collaborate with shippers, receivers and sourcing teams to solve network problems, study and implement contingency plans.
• Support the needs of internal customers for any subject related to transport
• Be the point of reference for the central organization for any transport-related needs

You are in touch with various departments internally and externally.

With a higher education (bac +5 type), you have a first experience (3 to 5 years) in the field of the transport industry and the logistics environment in general. You have a strong orientation in data analysis and in particularly in the use of KPIs.

You are an expert of the Pack Office and have knowledge of SAP, Power BI is a plus. Fluent English and French
