Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, the primary function is to promote and sell all the company's services, to maintain and develop new business opportunities in order to meet budget objectives. Responsibilities: • Conduct systematic market intelligence in order to find business opportunities. • Identify potential customers and qualify them in order to secure new business. • Build, develop and foster good business relationships vital to the success of the department both internally and externally. • Participate in various generating business events (conventions, conferences, other ...). • Write and submit bids alone or with members of the team. • Provide bids and quotations, participate in negotiations. • Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders. • Communicate client expectations to team members and follow up until integration at the operational level. • Manage closely and consistently the customer relationships by using the support of the various departments of the company. • Participate actively in problem solving and assist in escalated customer complaints • Maintain and develop existing customer base in the CRM. • Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor Profile: DEC or BAC related to the job requirements or the equivalent in professional experience. Level 1: More than 5 years' experience in an operational position Level 2: Minimum 1 years' experience in sales Level 3: More than 10 years' experience in logistics services sales Skills and Competencies: Strong ability for Self management and self motivation.; ability to build business relations; strong command of English, both oral and written; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate and persuade; basic knowledge and understanding of the market and its competition; knowledge of the job; team player; integrity; organization; autonomy; dynamism; adaptability; Very good knowledge of MS Office environment.
