Plans, organizes and directs the financial and cost accounting activities for the Arresting Systems business unit (BU) and takes actions with CEO / President and his staff to assure achievement of financial goals, business objectives and plans. BU annual sales is approximately $85M, with 150 employees. The finance department includes approximately 5 to 7 full time personnel. The business unit has two reporting units, one in Merpins, France and the other in Aston, Pennsylvania. The role is responsible for the full business unit finance organization at both sites.
This position reports to operationally to the President / CEO of the Arresting Systems Business Unit (BU), and functionally to the Aerosafety Division CFO (usually located in France).
