Ensure the deployment of, and compliance to the Quality Management Systems processes and standards applicable to the workshop under his/her responsibility and complying to Regulatory and Customer's requirements.
* Deploy all required means, procedure, work instructions and inspections to assure conformity of the products.
* Ensure that the non-conformities found are communicated across the associated program team, and lead the problem solving activities.
* Monitor the skills of the quality control inspectors working in the workshop by surveillance of the inspection activities, and initiate training to improve those skills in case this necessary.
* Perform internal audits.
