Research and meet relevant parties on tenders within the sectors of interest / assigned accounts / sectors, to receive RFPs, assist a quality proposal submission and follow up till contract signature. Establish strategic long-term relations with owners, developers and partners. Prequalify and register with owners, developers and consultants. Investigate and recommend projects in early phases before official launch. Submit tender summary to Commercial department, to help them prepare GNG file. Conduct competitive Intelligence relevant to ongoing and upcoming bids Keep abreast of updates in legislation, policies and economic conditions Keep submission based prequalification accurate and customize it to client's needs. Provide all weekly and monthly progress reports to Management, accurate and on time. Keep Sales Director informed at all time of his sales pipeline progress Record timely and accurate information of sales pipeline and clients on Sales Force database. Support the narrative part of bid preparation Help find potential sub-consultants and specialty consultants when needed. Deliver client presentations for introductions and project specific ones Tap internally and into the larger organization to gather a database of Assystem references, case studies and capability statements. Research and submit specific sector studies when required. Help cross sell all business streams Skills / Background:- Engineering degree and experience. Current role and experience in Sales and Business Development. Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM / ERP and general IT orientation. High interpersonal skills, applied both internally and externally. Results oriented and functions well under pressure. Good presentation skills. Riyadh resident, with occasional internal travel.
