Position - AI Agent Engineer Intern (6-month full-time internship)
Location - Paris (1 day WFH)

We are looking for a structured, hands-on Operations Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.
You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery, playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure operational projects are delivered on time by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks across teams
- Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Support customer onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing client operations
- Act as a client-facing point of contact for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordination
- Create, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation (internal and customer-facing)
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports
- Support the automation of workflows using tools such as Make, Activepieces, or n8n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling
What we’re looking for
- Final-year Master’s student (engineering or equivalent) looking for a hands-on operational role
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, or dashboarding platforms
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or workflow automation
- Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation
