You’re a great communicator, whether in video calls,WhatsApp or a Slack thread.
You care about people — you want clients to succeed, not just get answers.
Bonus if you’ve worked in startups or B2B SaaS — or have experience in the fitness industry.
Other languages' pro-efficiency are a plus.
