Tecnizy – Technical assistance company specialized in providing skilled personnel for complex construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, and oil & gas projects in challenging environments (Africa, Middle East, Asia).



Main Mission

Support Tecnizy’s commercial growth by identifying high-potential projects, mapping key stakeholders, generating qualified leads and structuring efficient business development campaigns. This position combines strategic analysis, active prospecting, and commercial structuring. Paid internship.



Project Analysis and Mapping

  • Identify construction, infrastructure, energy and mining projects in target regions
  • Map key stakeholders: EPC contractors, subcontractors, investors, local partners
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Detect relevant opportunities for technical assistance and staffing


Business Development

  • Build and maintain a qualified prospect database
  • Identify and prioritize strategic accounts
  • Initiate first contacts (email, phone, LinkedIn, professional networks)
  • Qualify client needs and detect short and mid-term opportunities


Lead Generation

  • Design and execute prospecting campaigns
  • Implement and structure CRM systems
  • Track KPIs (response rate, conversion, generated pipeline)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns


Commercial Proposal Support

  • Contribute to proposal drafting
  • Support offer structuring
  • Prepare strategic briefs on prospects and markets


Reporting and Structuring

  • Maintain CRM accuracy
  • Structure and update sales pipeline
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports
  • Deliver concise market analysis insights


Required Profile

  • Business School or Engineering School student (Master level)
  • Strong interest in construction, infrastructure, energy or international projects
  • Comfortable with digital tools and databases
  • Professional English required
  • Autonomous, structured and proactive


Paid Intership: We offer a monthly allowance depending on your profile and level of study.
