Risk Management is an independent function within Amundi Deutschland and the Head of Risk Management is responsible for coordinating all risk management activities according to the Amundi Group Risk Framework. The Risk Management department is split into different units focusing on Investment Compliance, Investment Risk Measurement & Performance Measurement as well as Operational Risk, and adherence to local regulatory requirements that are related to the investment process. The Investment Compliance team is responsible for monitoring the adherence to all contractual and legal regulations/constraints related to the fund products or corresponding services (investment compliance risk) as well as ESG limits.
