3C Metal Belmet, Lda - Branch, a company specialized in engineering and technical services, located at Pemba, Estrada Nacional n° 106, Pemba Bulk Terminal (PBT), Cabo Delgado, is looking for Production Manager. The main purpose of this position is to Manage fabrication facilities and piping working including management of Workshop supervisors and Project Managers and Project Engineers. Coordinate workflow, in order to meet project deadlines, and comply with the project requirements. Provide support to the Project Managers for workshop related matters.  Manage all fabrication activities and allocation of appropriate resources to ensure fabrication quality and schedule deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities: ·        Coordinate with engineering staff and ensure that issued drawings and WS instructions correspond to fabrication standards and procedures dispatch to the workshop. ·        Review of fabrication tenders. ·        Oversee the execution of manufacturing instructions for the workshop. ·        Attend and participate in the ‘Project Kick off Meetings” to convey the manufacturing requirements. ·        Chair Production Meetings and hold PM’s accountable for actions. ·        Ensure compliance of company procedures as required in the production process. ·        Ensure the allocation of suitable qualified personnel to execute work.
