Starting date: April 2025 Duration : 6 months As a CRM Intern, you will support the Global CRM team in driving initiatives to enhance client retention, acquisition and engagement, improve operational efficiency and collaborate with many parties within the company. The scope of this internship will have an omnichannel client centric activity on 3 key pillars: One-to-few/One-to-many communications (Newsletter, Lifecycle Trigger Emails), Lead Generation (client acquisition, data capture animations, etc) and Client Gifting (Reward based, behaviour based, etc). This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and strategic environment within the luxury industry.
