Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Specialization or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Management, Administration, or related areas. Minimum 15 years of experience in senior financial roles, ideally within transport infrastructure, concessions, or PPP projects. Experience/knowledge in corporate finance, project finance, structured finance, budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, and taxation; Knowledge in M&A and investment processes. Leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
