Votre mission COLAS Territoire Sud-Est recherche un stagiaire Technicien de laboratoire (H/F) pour son laboratoire de Gerzat (63). Vos responsabilités Le technicien de laboratoire réalise des essais conformément aux normes applicables, sur le chantier. Il contribue à apporter une solution aux problèmes techniques posés en fonction des spécificités des chantiers et conseille les équipes sur les solutions à privilégier. Intégré(e) au sein du laboratoire et rattaché(e) au responsable de laboratoire, vous aurez comme principales missions : - De réaliser des essais de laboratoire (caractéristiques de fabrication et intrinsèques des matériaux) ; - De participer à l'exploitation des résultats. Ces essais se réaliseront principalement en laboratoire et/ou sur chantier, et vous permettront d'acquérir des connaissances techniques dans le domaine des granulats (normes, utilisations et essais). * Analyser les processus actuels de développement et de test DO logiciel pour identifier les opportunités d'automatisation. * Concevoir et développer en Python les briques logicielles nécessaires à l'outil (interpréteur, moteur de génération, correspondance signaux HLR LLR). * Améliorer l'outil existant (ajout de nouvelles syntaxes, enrichissement des fonctionnalités). * Déployer la solution sur un projet pilote, définir les règles de généralisation et évaluer les gains apportés. Points clés du projet * Travail sur un interpréteur pour traduire des exigences textuelles (HLR) en éléments exploitables pour la génération de tests. * Développement d'un mécanisme de mapping entre les noms dans les HLR et ceux dans les LLR. * Contribution à un projet déjà initié, avec une forte dimension d'amélioration et d'innovation.

Our Methods Department is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the foundation of our production data and processes. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student or young professional to support us in improving and harmonizing our Items Database, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Routings. Your Main Tasks: - Database maintenance: Analyze the current status of item data, clean and update entries (delete, add, or modify items). - Bills of Material (BOM): Review existing BOMs, create new ones, and update existing structures. - Routings: Check and complete missing routings, update and optimize existing ones. - Support process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and consistency within the ERP system.
