We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist (F/M) responsible for analyzing, transforming, and utilizing information to generate actionable proposals that support strategic decision-making. This role involves leading digital transformation, managing the data ecosystem, developing executive dashboards in Power BI, automating processes in Python, and collaborating with various departments, with a special focus on the needs of our Commercial areas. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Systems, Data Science, Business, or related fields. Specialization or certification in Data Science or Big Data. 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, modeling, Power Query). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Intermediate experience in Python (pandas, automation, scripts). Intermediate-advanced SQL skills. Knowledge of ETL processes, data quality, and dimensional modeling. Experience with JIRA or other project management tools. Experience with Data Lakes or Data Warehouses (BigQuery preferred). Fluent in English (spoken and written). Experience in the consumer industry, such as retail and restaurants (preferred). Curiosity to explore data and solve challenges within the Commercial Management area.
