Key Responsibilities Generate and process Purchase Orders and supplier invoices on Pastel. Match invoices to PO’s and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare month-end payment packs and weekly open PO / supplier reports. Maintain accounts payable ledger and support cash flow forecasting. Liaise with suppliers regarding queries, terms, and credit applications. Maintain approved supplier records and ensure QMS compliance. Provide audit support and ensure adherence to company financial policies. Provide Pastel training and ensure correct purchasing procedures are followed.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field. High School certification or higher education (diploma/degree preferred). Strong understanding of procurement systems, policies, and processes. Good knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape. Proficient computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred). Knowledge of import/export procedures is an advantage. Awareness of: Company quality, environmental, and health & safety policies. Job-specific procedures, instructions, and documentation.
