The main purpose of this position is to ·        Ensure that processes and procedures needed for the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. ·        Monitoring and continually improve of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. A requirement of the role is that travel will be required to Pemba and work sites as needed for system audits and team support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ·        Ensure that processes and procedures needed for the ISO 9001:2015 management system are established, implemented, followed and maintained. ·        Reporting to top management on the performance of the management systems and any need for improvement. ·        Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all requirements relating to ISO 9001:2015 certification. ·        Maintain the link and all communication with certification body (DNV). DUTIES: ·        Internal audits – create internal audit schedule and perform internal audits on various departments and processes as per internal audit schedule, report on internal audit. Ensure findings are closed out. ·        Critical supplier audits – create critical supplier audit schedule and perform critical supplier audits as per critical supplier audit schedule, report on internal audit.
