Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all welding activities in the workshop and onsite, ensuring compliance with project specifications, procedures, and schedules. Ensure welding is performed in accordance with approved WPS, drawings, and applicable codes and standards. Coordinate inspections including visual inspection, NDT, and documentation control. Lead, mentor, and manage welders and welding assistants to maintain productivity, workmanship quality, and safety standards.
