Qualifications & Experience: Education: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge & Skills: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology is an advantage.
