❓Purpose of the Job As an Investment Analyst at Karmen, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio by bringing your own conviction to every deal. We place total autonomy and trust in our team members from day one. You will evaluate a diverse range of opportunities—from working capital solutions to complex acquisition financing and high-balance-sheet deals. During Credit Committees, you will have the unique opportunity to present and debate your investment theses directly with Karmen’s founders. To build your cases, you will engage directly with key stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, and advisors) to gather critical insights. Furthermore, as a key player in a fast-growing FinTech, you will collaborate closely with our Tech department to refine our risk assessment models, enhance the customer journey, and evolve our product.
