We are looking for a motivated Intern/Apprentice to join our Integration Management Office (IMO), a strategic team reporting directly to the Group CEO.


The IMO is responsible for leading the integration of newly acquired companies and coordinating with key group functions to ensure successful integration. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Efor’s international growth strategy and gain hands-on experience in post-acquisition integration and project management.


With several acquisitions completed each year, including five in the last 18 months - Efor’s dynamic growth provides continuous exposure to complex integration projects across different geographies and teams.


Your role

As part of the IMO team, you will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of several integration projects across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, working with teams across multiple countries and functions.


Integration project coordination

You will support the management of integration plans for newly acquired companies and collaborate closely with internal sponsors and project managers.


Operational follow-up, reporting & strategic materials

Track key actions, consolidate information from different regions and teams, and support the preparation of integration follow-up meetings. You will also contribute to preparing presentations for executive committees.


Cross-functional collaboration

Work with M&A teams and group functions on a variety of integration topics, including employee integration, organizational adjustment, process alignment, and IT transitions.


Continuous improvement

Contribute to documenting best practices, gathering feedback from integration projects, and improving integration methodologies.


Profile


Final-year student in business or engineering school with a strong interest in project management, organisational change, and international environments.


✔ Excellent organizational and structuring skills

✔ Experience working in international and multicultural environments

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (English C1 minimum).

✔ Professional proficiency in a third language, particularly Chinese is a plus.

✔ Advanced PowerPoint and Excel/reporting tools

✔ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team


An additional language, particularly Chinese, would-be a plus.
