1 internship opening in Strategic Operations (StratOps) in Paris for July or September 2026
Who we are
Lisan Finance has been a leading CFO firm for VC/PE-backed Tech start-ups for over 20 years. Based in Paris, New York, and San Francisco, we help clients structure their financial management and provide part-time CFO services. Recognized by clients and investors for its technical expertise, proprietary methodology, and transatlantic DNA, Lisan Finance supports innovative and ambitious companies from their first financing round through to their exit. The team is a human-sized group of professionals driven by a constant search for meaning and client impact. The firm has strong development potential and ambitious growth plans for the coming years.
Why should you be part of our success story?
The company is entering an exciting transition phase, aiming to prepare for scale while continuing to seize strategic opportunities. In this context, you will report to Lisan Finance’s Chief of Staff and contribute to the firm’s strategic development, operational optimization, and readiness for scale. You will work on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives and learn how to build the operating system of a company. This is a very hands-on role, and you will need to constantly switch between strategic thinking and detailed execution. This is not a 9-to-5 internship. It is an intense role across three time zones (France, US East Coast, where the Chief of Staff is based, and US West Coast), with high exposure, and we routinely put in 10+ hour days. You will be based in our Paris office.
