About the Role
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, identifying discrepancies between forecasts and actual results.
- Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management, providing a clear overview of the company’s financial health.
- Budgeting: Participate in budget preparation, negotiation and monitoring, working with different departments to collect and consolidate financial data.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and propose corrective actions to improve profitability.
- Other work requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in finance, accounting, or management control.
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and draw relevant conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various departments.
Technical Skills:
- Office 365 package
- Power BI would be a plus
Languages
- Chinese native is mandatory
- English fluent is mandatory
- French fluent is mandatory
