We are currently looking for a Technical Manager (F/M ) in the Studies and Asset Management Department at Cabo Verde Airports.
The main responsibilities in this position will be :
Manage and coordinate with airports/airfields the development of projects and works for the Phase 1A and 1B Investment Plans (CAPEX), to guarantee compliance with the established deadlines and budgets.
Manage and coordinate with airports/airfields the development of projects and works in the field of major maintenance and/or improvements (REPEX) and new infrastructure (CAPEX), to guarantee compliance with established deadlines and budgets.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with at least 5 years of experience in project management in the civil construction sector (buildings or infrastructure, ideally related to airport infrastructure) and preferably in EPC or design/build contracts.
Experience in coordinating and leading teams, applying strategies for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing activities and distributing tasks to team members.
Strategic thinking with the ability to foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
Strong analytical skills, rigor, and interest in the financial and contractual management of large projects.
Strong rigor and interest in managing complex contractual issues. Team-oriented with a passion for multidisciplinary and multicultural collaboration.
Autonomy and the ability to propose solutions and compromises.
