At least 3 years of experience in transport demand forecasting or similar position. Relevant degree (e.g., engineering, economics, business / finance, statistics or similar). Ability to undertake detailed quantitative data analysis using statistics techniques. Good knowledge of MS Office package, in particular MS EXCEL. Ability to communicate insights from analysis to a wider audience. Fluent English.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in infrastructure, roadway, or construction maintenance management
- Knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and lifecycle asset management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or infrastructure management.
- Transportation or roadway experience strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate uneven surfaces for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb (including ladders or embankments)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to visually assess roadway conditions, equipment, and safety risks
