Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Develop and perform benchmark analyses using the a2mac1 platform for the Frames Division
- Create and maintain a product-process database
- Analyze and compare competitor seat structures with internal products
- Conduct benchmark studies and present results to cross-functional teams
- Facilitate and lead benchmark workshops
- Contribute to the development of Design to Cost approaches
- Identify and define cost drivers for each component category and process
- Establish design guidelines focused on cost optimization
- Develop and deliver Design to Cost training modules tailored to internal department needs
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering or related field)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
