Trainee - AI Project Leader

We are looking for a motivated R&D AI trainee to support R&D AI Senior Manager in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of our internal R&D tools. This is an exciting opportunity for a student to gain hands-on-experience in AI-driven R&D transformation, working on cutting-edge technologies that improve workflows, automation, and decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in analysing and improving existing R&D tools using AI and automation
- Conduct research on state-of-the art AI technologies relevant to internal tool optimization
- Support the design, prototyping and testing AI-powered solutions
- Collect and analyse data to measure the performance of implemented AI models
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points and propose AI-driven enhancements
