Your mission, roles and responsibilities
As a digital learning intern, you take an active role in the digital team within the Corporate University, Forvia University.
- You manage the development of digital courses and digital learning paths for a portfolio of internal clients (Forvia Businesses and Functions)
- You participate in the development and marketing of our digital learning platform, reaching our 150,000 employees across the organization
- You manage relationships with our ecosystem of partners for content production, platform management, new features deployment, problem solving
- You work with Forvia regional HR to support local translation and adoption of the platform, in our 30+ countries
- You work on data and analytics to monitor the performance of the platform and constantly improve usage
