As a Talent Development Apprentice, you won't just observe HR processes - you will contribute, analyze, design, and drive initiatives that have real visibility and impact at Group level.
Based at our HQ in Nanterre, you will work closely with senior HR leaders and international stakeholders, gaining exposure to strategic talent topics across regions and functions.
Your role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structuring, analyzing and creating. You will among others:
- Support People Reviews and Talent Committees preparation and follow up (data analysis, insights, preparatory work with managers, decision tracking)
- Contribute to global Talent Development initiatives, including:
- Career trajectories and strategic talent projects
- VIE talent pool follow up
