As Head of Project Management & PMO, you will lead and continuously evolve the project delivery function within Alto Wealth & Distribution Professional Services. With a team of 10 Project Managers and 2 PMO professionals, you will ensure that implementation projects are delivered with excellence — reliably, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight and hands-on ownership where it matters most. From governance and portfolio transparency to delivery standards and continuous improvement, you will shape how successful project delivery looks in practice — supported by modern tooling and AI in everyday work.  Elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring clarity for development (user stories, use cases) Drive requirements analysis and functional support for internal product integration and at client sites Plan and lead workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders Develop process flows, data models, and functional concepts to support solution design Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements and ensure feasibility during implementation Support functional validation and user acceptance testing to secure quality delivery Act as a bridge between clients, product management, and technical teams
