Our R&D department is developing advanced AI-driven tools for environmental radiation monitoring. The goal of this project is to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to perform smart and efficient analysis of gamma spectra obtained from environmental gamma probes, enabling automated nuclide identification and improved decision-making in radiation monitoring. Your Main Tasks: - Develop and apply AI/ML algorithms for gamma spectrum analysis. - Implement and test intelligent models for nuclide identification. - Analyze and interpret results to assess algorithm performance. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicists and data scientists. - Document results and prepare demonstration materials or publications.

Our Methods Department is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the foundation of our production data and processes. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student or young professional to support us in improving and harmonizing our Items Database, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Routings. Your Main Tasks: - Database maintenance: Analyze the current status of item data, clean and update entries (delete, add, or modify items). - Bills of Material (BOM): Review existing BOMs, create new ones, and update existing structures. - Routings: Check and complete missing routings, update and optimize existing ones. - Support process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and consistency within the ERP system.

We are looking for a motivated student or young professional to support the development of a configuration management tool for environmental probes used in gamma radiation monitoring. The goal of this project is to create an intelligent and flexible tool (based primarily on MS Excel) to handle the wide range of configuration options for our product portfolio, ensuring consistency, traceability, and ease of use for internal and external stakeholders.
