The IT department consists of IT software development and IT infrastructure. The IT software development team is responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance and user support of specific local and global applications. As part of the “Central Europe Region”, the team also supports other countries in the region and works on regional and international projects. Our main tasks can be summarized as follows: Regional Support of the global application platform (ALTO) Maintenance and further development of Python applications in close cooperation with global departments Participation in all areas of the software development life cycle Use of GitLab, Jira and Confluence Cooperation and collaboration in an international IT team

• Support Local Compliance Officer, primarily in relation to financial security (AML/KYC - Know Your Customer & onboarding). Other areas of compliance include: •  monitoring of incoming EU regulation (check of market standards and approach in France or other states); • preparation of impact analysis of new regulations • communication with central team in Paris • implementing and performing controls within relevant compliance areas • Investigate alerts and make compliance decisions; • Update and maintain a compliance risk map, as well as other compliance documents; • supporting the preparation of various reports to the Amundi group or to the Authorities.

MISSIONS AI integration: Seamlessly integrate AI assistance into ALTO MANTA for advanced automation, data validation/completion, and contextual help. The AI integration should appear as a native, transparent feature rather than a separate tool. This includes the development and maintenance of AI interfaces like MCP client/servers and the implementation of workflows and Agents. Reporting integration: Use BI tools for data collection, visualization, and sharing of validated MANTA data for BAU and client processes. User experience: Develop immersive, intuitive workflows and plugins (e.g., MS Office, mobile-friendly views) and enhance the web-based ALTO MANTA GUI that is based on Angular technology. Finance process automation: Develop and maintain automated ALTO MANTA Finance processes targeting straight-through processing and reduction of manual touchpoints.
