🙋♀️ Who You Are
Ideally, you’ve worked in customer success, onboarding, support, or product-facing roles in a SaaS or tech environment.
You’re entrepreneurial — you spot gaps, solve problems, and don’t wait for permission.
You’re tech-savvy enough to configure software with clients, explain things clearly, and talk to developers when needed.
You’re a great communicator, whether in video calls,WhatsApp or a Slack thread.
You care about people — you want clients to succeed, not just get answers.
Bonus if you’ve worked in startups or B2B SaaS — or have experience in the fitness industry.
Other languages' pro-efficiency are a plus.
