Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all welding activities in the workshop and onsite, ensuring compliance with project specifications, procedures, and schedules. Ensure welding is performed in accordance with approved WPS, drawings, and applicable codes and standards. Coordinate inspections including visual inspection, NDT, and documentation control. Lead, mentor, and manage welders and welding assistants to maintain productivity, workmanship quality, and safety standards. Allocate resources effectively, monitor welding progress, and provide feedback to project and production teams on performance and constraints. Enforce HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture within the welding team. Technical Support & Problem Solving: Assist in resolving welding-related technical issues, repair procedures, and non-conformance matters. Role & Responsibilities Based in Cape Town, South Africa and reporting to the Group International Legal Director (based in France), you will act as the legal point of contact for the operational management of 3C METAL entities outside France, specializing in structural fabrication and offshore assistance for Oil & Gas operators and the broader energy industry.
